This is how you measure correctly:
1. waist: The measuring tape is placed horizontally around the narrowest part of the waist circumference.
2. hips: Place the measuring tape 5 cm below the waist and measure the total circumference.
3. sawnßPlace the measuring tape horizontally around the most voluminous part of the buttocks and measure the total circumference
4th thigh: The measuring tape is placed horizontally around the thigh 2.5 cm below the crotch.
5. inside leg length: This measurement measures the vertical distance between the crotch and the ground while standing barefoot on the ground.
