If you are not satisfied with the products you received or simply changed your mind, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery of the products and receive a refund.

Please note that while the Products are in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.

In the event of a return due to a change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully refunded the shipping costs for express shipping if you have chosen this shipping method.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and the refund has been processed (2-3 business days). If you have any feedback about our return process, please don't hesitate to share it with us via our contact page.

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year warranty for product defects. A product is "defective" if it was delivered damaged or if a manufacturing or material defect occurs within 2 years of purchase. Please note that products damaged by wear and tear are not considered defective.

You can return defective products within 2 years of receiving them for a full refund.
