We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All deliveries are made with the Swiss Post.

DELIVERY

- From an order value of CHF 50.-- we do not charge for our delivery service.
- The shipping costs for orders of less than CHF 50.-- are CHF 4.90.
- Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Orders received before 14:00 on working days are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
- All other orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

- You can track the shipment of your products by clicking on the "Track my order" link in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that this link will take you to the carrier's website, which is not controlled by us.

OTHER DELIVERY CONDITIONS

- We aim to deliver within the above times, however delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and depend on local carrier holidays.
- We cannot change the shipping address on orders after checkout.
- If there is no one at the specified delivery address to receive the products, the delivery person will leave a notification card in your mailbox.
- Title and risk of loss to your products pass to you when you take possession of the products.
- All products are shipped from our warehouse in Balerna, Switzerland.
- After handing over the products to our carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.
- We deliver only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
