ORDER
How can I place an order?
Placing an order online is quick and easy. You can add your favorite items to the shopping cart and complete your purchase by proceeding to the checkout. At the checkout you can choose your preferred payment method. You can choose to create an account or shop as a guest. Once your order is complete, you will see a confirmation on your screen and we will send you an email with your order details - that's it!
I do not want to create an account. Can I still make a purchase?
Absolutely! When you place your order, you can choose to check out as a guest. You will then receive an email with your order, payment and tracking information.
I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?
If you ordered the wrong size or color online, we advise you to return your original item and place a new order in the correct size or color. Please go to the Create a Return page and follow the instructions.
Can I cancel or change an order I placed at Lee ?
Once your order is placed, we do our best to process it as soon as your payment is confirmed. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel your order. But don't worry - you can always return the ordered items and we will refund your order.
Can I place an order by phone?
We are not able to take phone orders or place an order on your behalf, but our dedicated customer service team will be happy to assist you. Feel free to contact us at any time!
I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
First of all, check your spam folder. If you can't find it there, we advise you to contact our customer service. You can find the contact details at the bottom of this page.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Postcard and TWINT. Payment against invoice is possible with Powerpay.
DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder. Use the tracking number or the link provided by the carrier to see the progress of your order and the estimated time of arrival. You can also track your order online at any time in your account by entering your email and order number.
Please note that standard home delivery is usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

To which countries does the online store deliver?
Currently we deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address?
No problem, you can have items shipped to an address different from your personal address as long as it is in the country of the store you are shopping in and in one of our delivery zones.
Can I order on the Swiss website and have it delivered to another country?
You cannot order from the Swiss website for delivery abroad.
Can I choose a delivery date and time slot?
Currently it is not possible to select a specific delivery date or time for your order.
EXCHANGE
The item I ordered is missing / wrong / damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately, our customer service team will help you. You can find details in the footer. You need to send us pictures of the items that are defective or wrong and show the product code of the label. For missing items, please keep the packaging and send us pictures of the box from which the item was missing.
How can I exchange online?
It is very easy to create a return on our website. Just click on "Create Return" and follow the procedure to print your return document. You can return your item within 30 calendar days according to our return policy. If you have any questions about returns, our customer service team will be happy to help!
I bought an item in a store, how can I return it?
The best way to find out about the return policy for the item you purchased is to call the store where you made your purchase. The store will be able to help you with the information on how to return the item.

Is your fit the same for all styles?
Your optimal fit and length depends on the composition, design and style. Check out our fit guide or consult our size chart found next to each product.
Why can't I find my favorite item?
Due to the size and scope of our worldwide product range, it is impossible for us to carry every product we make in the complete collection. Each of our stores or authorized dealers carries a range of products that represents a selection of our entire collection, so it's worth a quick call to your nearest stockist. Alternatively, you can contact our online customer service and we will do our best to help you find the same or a similar product.

Why is my promo code not working?
Promo codes are personalized codes with conditions, so it's worth checking the validity of your code with these tips:
1 - Sounds simple, but first make sure you enter a relevant code in the designated field during the checkout process. Codes have an expiration date and can only be used once, so make sure yours is still valid.
2 - Codes are case sensitive. It is best to enter the code manually. Copy/paste may not always work.
3 - Make sure you do not use the code in combination with any other promotion or code

How do I register?
If you are a returning customer, you can sign up by clicking on the account icon at the top of the page and entering your login information. If you are a new customer, you can create your account by entering the requested information.
How can I update my account, address and/or password?
Once you log in to your account, you can personalize your profile, password, and address information in the appropriate sections.
How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking the "I forgot my password" link. Enter your email address and follow the instructions you receive in your mailbox to reset your password.
Where can I find an overview of all my orders?
You will receive your order confirmation and shipping information by email. You can also view your order details in your account if you are registered.
